Our cannabis operation has been hugely successful by most measures. However, the sudden growth and success created more problems than we were ready for. We were able to work with Dan and his crew to sharpen our operation, add focus, diversify our revenue base, and to transition the business to Phase Two. We couldn't have done this on our own.
I purchased a business in late 2019. Within a few months the pandemic closed many of my customers and left me with little revenue and a large debt to service. We took advantage of pandemic related programs while amending our business model. We have regained our first year projected revenue and tapped into a potential that we didn't know existed.
